Took the Blue Ray DVD back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another unit. When I got home, connected the DVD Player to my TV and it worked beautifully. The original unit was faulty. Best Buy cooperated completely with exchanging the faulty unit for a working unit. Thank you Best Buy!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is, it required two trips to get a working unit.
