We were so happy with the one we had already it just made sense to buy the same brand/model. We haven't had any problems with the device. The only downside is that Hulu has been removed from the apps late last year. However, this was not a deal breaker for us.

Oh yea, I have had one issue - I record my own DVD's and when playing them, on occasion, my player locks up and I have to pull the power plug out and back in. This only happens when I am using skip or fast forward and like I said above, it doesn't happen often.
