No Prime Video or Hulu Apps

I was disappointed after I installed it and learned that it does not have Prime Video or Hulu apps so I can't use it as it was intended. I called BB and the young man I spoke with did not know much about this make/model and he advised me to return it and exchange it for a different one but due to the coronavirus pandemic I opted to keep it so I am stuck with it. Installation was easy and it only took like 3 minutes. The DVD player itself is like all the other Sony DVDs I have, very easy to use and the image is clear and crisp and it works great with my TCL TV.

I've been happy with it and my only wish right now is that it would update and allow the newer streaming services to be added in. Beyond that, it's a good device though I would probably recommend a newer version just for the streaming capabilities.
