Was very disappointed that Amazon Prime was not included as it was pictured on box when I ordered. Other apps that are still on player do not work. A little disappointing.

This sony player has been great so far. The setup was a little tricky and took a couple tries to get it connected to my internet. Also the processor is a little slow. Takes netflix and other apps longer than expected to load. Other than that it's great. Haven't had any issues playing discs or using the apps.
