(We also used our blu-ray / dvd player as a streaming device.) Sony should list all apps included instead of misleading consumers by stating there were more apps not listed. A little transparency goes a long way in my book. Best buy also discouraged us from using them in the future because of the fourteen day return policy. Heck it took us that long just to install the darn thing. 30 - 90 days has always been industry standard. Just saying, not everyone has the luxury of time to set up and decided if they like something then be able to run across town to return the "garbage" product in two weeks.

My one complaint is that I could not find the MAC address in the setup information or the documentation, so I had to resort to turning off MAC filtering, connect it and then check the router information to be able to set up MAC address filtering on the router. Minor, but still an annoyance.
