Cheap blue ray player

The first one died just over a year from purchasing it. It’s slow and sometimes it doesn’t read the disk when you put it in. Have to take it out and put it back in.

(We also used our blu-ray / dvd player as a streaming device.) Sony should list all apps included instead of misleading consumers by stating there were more apps not listed. A little transparency goes a long way in my book. Best buy also discouraged us from using them in the future because of the fourteen day return policy. Heck it took us that long just to install the darn thing. 30 - 90 days has always been industry standard. Just saying, not everyone has the luxury of time to set up and decided if they like something then be able to run across town to return the "garbage" product in two weeks.
