I've had this player for a month, no problems, no complaints. No rocket science needed. It is very easy to get going and start using. If you are having problems, I don't know what to tell you. Return it then. The sale rep was very honest about what to expect. Yes, Netflix takes a small bit of time to get going. That was also true with my old player. I think it's just Netflix. We shall see as time goes on if this player will continue to be "no problem". I did decide to purchase a 2 year warranty. I know things tend to go wrong (when you can no longer return to store for refund or right after the manufacturer warranty expires)

This Sony streaming Audio Wi-Fi player is as described and works great with our smart TV. I am very happy with my purchase. Best Buy customer service is number 1.

Sony Blu-ray player who is easy to operate and comes with a nice variety of smart apps in its directory. Picture quality is excellent and a wonderful alternative to Samsung.

Wanted to buy my mother a Bluray player for Christmas. This player had all the features with WIFI, apps, and a great price. Hooked up to the HDMI and it worked. Easy to configure and hook up to home wifi.

This is the easiest to use dvd/blueray player I have ever used! Hooked it up, turned it on, and immediately watched Avatar in wonderful picture and sound! Would recommend this player without reservation.

This was the second one of these we bought. The built in WiFi allows you to stream Netflix, Amazon prime video, etc and the blu-ray player works flawlessly. Definitely recommend this product.

This DVD player does its job. We can watch movies again

This replaced a 7 year old blue-ray player and I saw a greatly improved quality when I watched a DVD. It was very easy to setup. I like all of the apps already loaded and the wifi range is quite good.

This is a good bluray player if you are looking to have apps on the device and want it to hook up to internet by wifi. The picture is good quality.

I bought this player because it had wifi built in. I have a huge online movie collection. And I'm able to stream them over to my tv. That and Netflix and Vudu combined. Makes this a great product.

This little tidbit was an extremely good deal. It has tons of apps and it's just a workhorse! Sony is always a good product for my household.

My dvd player was easy to set up and works great for Netflix and hulu and any other apps I have tried. Returned a Samsung I got at another store which didn't work right out of the box. Stick with Sony

This is a decent bluray player. Its small, very quiet, low wattage and works. The remote works for volume and input selection with my Sony TV as well. Little else can be asked of a BR player. I cant speak for the other features as frankly I can not stand using embedded devices I have no real control over the software being used if I can help it. It received four stars due to the documentation being effectively worthless and that in the included items it indicates it comes with an HDMI cable. It does not. Outside of those two items I have 26 hours of viewing in with no issues. Setup was fairly easy. When watching BR movies, sometimes i hear garbled sound.

System is slow to start up and lags when trying to find the internet connections. Takes about 5 minutes from power up to being able to select a video to watch with streaming apps. Otherwise, it's a decent small system and gets the job done.

Nothing fancy, but perfect for a home office, bedroom, playroom. It has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video along with other great streaming apps along with playing Blue Rays/DVDs.

This is the third one we bought. The quality of picture is a lot better than the two previous ones. It is also easy to control. The sound and picture are excellent.

This is a great Blu Ray player with build in Wifi Streaming. Sony is the brand I used for all these years. It is easy to use, the unit size is much smaller than the older model. Love it!

I have a few of these in the house. Good purchase for my kids. It is fairly priced and gets the job done. Its wifi so no cable to get access to apps just need to tap into the router.

It’s nice it’s small it works plays DVDs music CDs and Blu-rays it’s easy to use and it’s very lightweight appreciate Sony for all the things that they make thank you
