this was purchased to put in a guest bedroom, it is priced right for the purpose we intend. It is also small and discreet which is great for the bedroom.

Great that it is wireless wifi. Easy to connect to tv. Kids love watching other carriers besides blu rays or dvds.

I needed a player with WiFi to play YouTube videos for the kids and watch streaming movies through Hulu and Netflix...it was worth the price!

This is the third Sony Blu-ray I bought. This exact model in fact. I still own two and this one was for a gift. We've tried other brands in the past and don't like them as much or they haven't lasted as long. This one is pretty solid.

This is easy to use. It doesnt take up much room. It's as good as any other blue ray player that I have used.

Played DVDs and Blu-Ray with no problems at all, nice and small (the one I replaced was larger...and full of air inside the box). The remote is small, but that is what I expected, and it works easily from different directions. I spent the extra $10 for this model to see how the Wi-Fi worked but when I tried using the WPS button on our TP-Link router nothing happened. Will have to try later tapping in the Wi-Fi password (which takes longer working through menus).

I bought this to go with a regular 32" Insignia Flat Screen. Hooked up easily to our WiFi and have not had any trouble Streaming with it. Works good.

We were looking for small & this was it. It was easy to set up, no bells & whistles just a regular DVD player it gets the job done.

Good wifi blu-ray player for the money. Had all of the bells and whistles that we were looking for and so far has given us zero problems.

There are some things about this player that I really appreciate--the ease of use of the remote, the ability to turn on and off the tv and shift the volume with one single remote, and the HOME and NETFLIX buttons. Other reviewers mentioned the lag time, and I couldn't agree more. The lag time shifting fom one app to another can be a little tedious, and more often than not, it can stick before it moves, and/or overshoot the app for which you are aiming, but all in all, this isn't a deal breaker. It plays DVDs and Blue Ray discs beautifully.

This is a good little unit with many features. Plays very well, easy to connect to Wi-Fi, and has several movie apps that you can connect to.
