Great device for price. We weren’t ready to purchase a smart tv so this a great alternative. Connected wireless so occasionally have connectivity issues but I think it is more about our internet service.

I had bought a Samsung DVD player that didn’t have a on/off indicator light and found it to be frustrating. So i did my research and bought the Sony. It not only has the light, but has worked flawlessly.

Picture is good from this bluray player. Easy to hook up. I recommend to anyone looking for a new player.

Plays Blu Rays and DVD, has built in apps, but wont let you add extra apps. Has Netflix preloaded but can't add like Disney Plus or Hulu or other apps that aren't preloaded. This also doesn't feel like a heavier quality made DVD players like our older Sony Blue Ray, this one feels really light and small like its made out of cheap plastic, but for the money, it does what it is supposed to do.

Good product for both playing of blu-ray and DVDs and for streaming content. I recently purchased this as a replacement for a prior Sony product that no longer worked. Unfortunately, they made significant changes in how the menu works and it is more cumbersome to get around than in prior models. This is the only reason that I would not rate it higher. Also, Sony dropped its arrangement with Hulu so that app is no longer part of the software and you can not access Hulu with his product.

Needed to replace an older Blu-Ray and very happy with the new smaller size and crisp picture we get with this model.

Very easy to use. Basic blue ray player. Only bad side is that it doesn't want to screen mirror with my tablet. Which is fine.

I bought this for a senior citizen who moved into senior housing and wanted Netflix like she had in her old house. I needed a WIFI device to do this. It operated very similar to her old non WIFI Blu Ray and installed easily. The post installation training was minimal and there was little in the way of a learning curve. Of course performance is affected by the TV type and the quality of the internet connection.

Great. 9 Fits well in are RV area. Does not take up a lot of space. Great picture from movies.
