    Fine Blu-ray player, but the streaming apps, YouTube, Netflix, etc, tend to be laggy or freeze up.

    Returned could only stream a few apps. Not able to add apps of your choosing.

    Good for what it is. I would prefer the RCA stereo (audio) out, but I guess that I didn’t pay for that.

    It does what it should but there isn't anything great about it. The menu is ok but it is a pita to get it connected to wifi so we can't use it for Netflix or anything.

    Purchased this to watch our families DVD's, it's used a few times a week. Put in a DVD to watch, nothing. Changed batteries in remote, 3 times just in case. Nope. Won't turn on at the machine either. Unplug and plug in, comes on, but won't open door for DVD. It's just dead!!!!

    Not a bad dvd player but the wifi action on it is very slow. It takes forever to load the apps and display it on the screen. I have a Panasonic thats older but it's so much quicker.

    I don’t know why I persist in buying refurbished items from Best Buy. They’re always crap DVD player put the DVD in everything spun up turned it off. Came back a month later put the DVD in walked away from it. Came back two weeks later dead can’t get the DVD out, thanks Best Buy now I get to drive all the way back to your store bring back your crap and see if you can figure out how to get my DVD out
