Works but the streaming has to long of a lag for Netflix, Prime etc. I would not purchase again.

It seems to have a problem connecting to anything. Always fails and then shuts off unexpectedly. I expect more from something that is so new. Bad product, DO NOT BUY

This player is not worth it. We returned it within a few days. While it played Blu-rays & DVDs fine, it does NOT load YouTube saying the app was too large. In addition, it does NOT offer Amazon Prime.

I bought this at the end of November, and it quit working end of March. It stays frozen on the Sony Blu-ray screen. I will try to bring back to Best Buy and if that doesn't work then will contact Sony. It was great until this occurred. Multiple people online reported this problem with no solution.

set it up, worked minimally once. Trying to return it to Sony. It was a birthday present for my husband, very upset. I did not know there was such a limited return policy.

The DVD player does not reliably open and close. Old stock?

Very poor! No display on unit (only eject button which only works occasionally) and cannot get menu items to appear on connected smart TV, so no counter or any display. Will only play 3 songs on any CD and no apparent way to change settings

Worked great when it worked! Used the DVD player literally a handful of times and now doesn't work at all! Won't turn on or off unless you unplug it.

po REFUSED to hand over pkg because BB did not use name of person to receive it but put my name as addressee. They need to pay attention when addressing packages

It was a Christmas gift for my son and I chose it because it says it comes with an HDMI cable which I know from my own experience is necessary with newer TVs but in fact it did NOT come with an HDMI cable so not happy :(

Never played Blu rays, but by the time I realized this, the return period had passed so I couldn't take it back.

Fine for DVD, but, constantly forgets the streaming settings. This unit was purchased as a replacement for another unit that did the same thing. Am going to buy a third party power supply and see if does better.

We bought this December 2021 and it already quit on February 23, 2022. It would not open. Unfortunately, it got slightly dented trying to tap it open, so we're not going to bother with any sort of warranty. Just threw $88 in the trash. This product is garbage

Stopped reading discs after less than or just about 6 months after purchase. Cannot even detect them anymore. I think I will avoid Sony, as this is unacceptable. I do not believe it can be returned now. Sony has fallen far from what they once were.

Failed after first use. I don’t watch movies that often, so by the time I used the blu ray player a second time it was past the return timeframe. So I basically paid $90 to watch one blu ray movie.

A little outdated. Over priced. Not a lot functions.

It works ok when you're watching a movie but when you want to use one of the apps like Youtube. It takes a long time to connect and it moves really slow.

Please do not buy the Sony Blu ray. I literally used it once and now it doesn't even come work. When I turn on the power button it stays lit(green) and nor does the door open or close...have absolutely no idea as too why it has done this...

I bought this in February of this year. Its a piece of junk. Constantly turns off by itself. Sometimes all the apps disappear and we have to constantly log back into EVERYTHING and reconnect to wifi.
