Love this player. Was able to use dvds, cable, Hulu, Netflix, and other apps with this one player.

This is a great little blu ray player; it has multiple apps; however, it does not have the Amazon Prime app. We could never figure out how to get that app on, and finally determined it could not be done. But the player is simple to use, easy to connect to other devices.

Even though I did not give this unit a perfect score of 5, I would still recommend it. The setup is easy, and it comes with some nice features such as supporting a wide array of disc formats. The one complaint I have and perhaps the reason I did not give it a 5 is the player's lack of mirroring to the TV screen wirelessly. I have seen this capability on other Sony Blu-ray players.

I seldom watch DVDs anymore because I usually view things digitally. A friend lent me a Blu-ray disc and my player did not support Blu-ray. It seemed silly to invest much money on something I would not use much so I chose this unit mostly based on price. It performs much better then I expected it to and had lots of features I was not expecting. Great deal!

Just what we wanted and works just great. Easy to connect, easy to use and the price was right.

Bought this as a fathers day gift and my father loves it. It was easy to set up. He didn't call me once about what wire plugs into what, so I know it had to be easy. Now he's able to watch all of his old dvds and stay entertained since we can't share Netflix accounts anymore.

It is what it is. It's just an inexpensive Blu-ray player. I picked this up for watching anime and it did great. I have since upgraded to a Panasonic DP-UB820, but this did it's job for the time I used it just fine.
