I literally just hooked this up and watched a dvd last night. I put in "Wonderland" with Val Kilmer. It was easy to hook up and has very good connections with the TV. I can tell I made a great purchase and it will be well worth it. Best Buy helped me out once more! Thanks Guys...

Good quality picture and nice bundle of apps to use. Like the buildt in Wi-Fi feature too.

So far this SONY machine works very well and plays all of my discs and even makes DVDs look very nice. So far, so good, but I have not owned it very long, so it is still relatively new. It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. The wi-fi streaming capability does not interest me since I am using Amazon Fire TV for this purpose. However, I tried it out and it does work fine.

I have a Sony Blu Ray DVD player with an entertainment system that went out on me the week before I bought this. Now this Blu Ray player is not only perfect, but it is also compatible with my entertainment system. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I would definitely buy this one again in the future.

Great product at a good price. It was easy to install

The bluray player has great features and plays discs well. However, it is a little sluggish in general especially with apps (selection is very limited) and the USB port (for pics/video files) compared to the Sony 4k upscaling player, which is a disappointment. I would recommend spending the extra on the Sony upscaling 4K if you expect to use apps or the USB port.

Awesome little machine, plays blu rays, dvds and the wifi is fast and responsive I love it.

Good, basic DVD player. Sound and picture are what you would expect. It is noticeably quieter than our old Sony, however, it does take a significant time to load the DVD in order to play. I don’t really use the streaming capabilities as we have an Apple TV, so I can’t attest to this feature. Certainly worth the price.

Easy out of the box works. Great quality picture and great price

Excellent machine and very easy to set up. I have it on a shelf to the left of the big wall with tv and fireplace. I unplug cable from dvd, fold it up and tie it with a twist tie where it is not seen. Very easy to plug back in when ready to watch a dvd. I highly recommend this Sony player.
