Open box items at Bedt Buy have always been a good purchase for me. My dvd player got messed up in the move and this player is great! And a great price compared to other on-line sites.

We received excellent service from a technician who was very knowledgeable in setting up our new player, and re-programming our older universal remote. He also took the time to show us how to get to certain programs we like to watch

I had one previously and they are pretty reliable. Its easy to understand the operation and functions.

This smaller player has met or exceeded our expectations. We use it for videos in our children's Sunday School program and it is very user friendly.

Purchased this for our outdoor movie watching because we were able to stream with it. However, we have only used it once, so far, and we watched a DVD. With that said, it worked great. It was easy to set-up and connect to the projector. It helped make the perfect ending to our 4th of July festivities at home.

I finally found a DVD player that works. It was easy to follow the instructions. I enjoy watching movies. I do not want to pay for a movie I already own.

I love this thing super easy for even my granny confusion, does exactly what it is suppose to do. and great value.

The Blu-ray player is easy to use and connect to a sound system. You can also play videos from a USB drive. There are some limitations on the file types so some may not play but I've only had one file that didn't play but played on my laptop. The player can be connected to internet so you can play many apps to watch movies.

Runs great. Picture quality is really good. I wanted to watch an older cartoon movie because I just bought it remastered and I absolutely love it.

Works well, as you would expect from Sony. The unit is tiny and very lightweight, and produces little heat. The remote is fine, and I appreciate the high-speed HDMI cable included. It is worth the higher cost compared to simpler units, but I might go higher-end for my next buy.

The DVD Player is easy to connect to any TV with easy directions. It also is fairly easy to get use to operating it as well. I wish it had more codes to sink the remote to the TV.

So far, this unit seems to be exactly what I wanted at a fair price. It has received very high marks on reviews, and it is a good unit for the price. Just in case, I also purchased the Geek Squad Protection. Again, not a large investment but want it to last for a few years.
