    This is my second Sony player like this. I use it for DVDs/Bluary and streaming Netflix on a non-smart TV. My old one was about 5 years old and kept freezing up during Netflix shows. The new one is better but It can still be glitchy connecting to the internet at times. I often get a message when trying to sign in to Netflix: "cannot access this service at this time" very annoying! I will wait a few minutes, power off, unplug and eventually (so far) it will work. I purchased this "open-box" for about half-price so I am satisfied. But I probably would have returned it if I had paid the full $90 for it. And as another reviewer mentioned, it does NOT support Amazon Prime Video like my old one did. This product works great as a disc player.

    Excellent price considering all the features. Audio and video are excellent. Interface is simple. Playback graphics are good. I do wish that Best Buy had more products on the shelves so I could have made some visual comparisons with what else was available.
