I like physical media over streaming so this blue ray player was a good buy

Works great. But there is way too much stuff on it that I will never use. Why does this generation have to add all this stuff? Just to run up the price and profits.

Looks and works like new. Streaming options are limited but as a disc player it's great.

Mainly bought this for the wifi capability and quickly learned that Sony doesn't give you access to very many streaming services at all

Performs as described in the manual included with the unit. However, the description from the BB person said it could also stream Hulu, Disney+, and HBOmax which it cannot. Kept it anyway because at least it streams Netflix. A bit disappointing.

I bought this and it was supposed to be like new. Instead, it was new!! Great purchase. Glad to shop at Best Buy.

Simple Disc player that a child can use. Nice built-ins, good remote. And dreaming with the Best Buy store pick-up was a breeze.

This Blu ray is smaller than my old ones but none the less it works great ! It was simple to hook up with the instructions . If doesn’t come with some of the apps I normally use but still a great buy .

My old player just stopped working. This replacement essentially turned my relatively old panel screen into a smart-TV with Internet access. What a bonus!

This has been a life saver when it comes to not having any subscriptions.

The player worked well. Setup was simple and it played Blu-ray discs well with no issues. The only issue I had was that the controller wouldn't control an "older" model Toshiba LCD TV even when the correct TV code was entered.

I Bought this because I have an older dumb TV and I wanted a cheap device to stream and play Blu-ray discs on it. The product box mentions streaming and has a bunch of app photos on it. I saw a couple major apps (Tubi, Netflix, YouTube, so I figured it would support the others. Nope ! No HBO, no Disney, no Prime, no paramount, peacock, whatever . Sony support website says they don't support those streaming services and there's no way to add them. I'm returning this product to the store because I'm not going to try to crack it to get the functionality I need. DVD playback is fine

Works as expected. Easy set up. Good price and fast delivery.

This was new out of box. I still have a couple movies on blu-ray & this is just what I needed.

For the price this player is a good deal, but it is so little and the remote is extremely small. I have a 9 year old Sony blu ray player that I like much better; however, those days are over. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if this one holds up well.

This Blu-ray player is good for really just that... playing movies from disk. The UI isn't great and don't expect anything good from streaming services on this device.

Unable to use the product since the TV was not current enough. Also found it next to impossible to add other Streaming services - returned the unit

The unit works fine with no problems. Very small form factor which makes it fit almost anywhere.
