Excellent value from Sony. My first Blu-ray player. The small footprint is perfect and easy to use.

This blu-ray play works great! It is probably the most compact player on the market, so finding some space for this unit shouldn't be difficult! It has built-in wifi for streaming, but the selection of apps Sony offers is pretty limited and out-of-date...best just to use your smart tv or streaming devices for watching streaming content.

We inherited a bunch of dvd's and got this player to take advantage of our new found collection. It works great and is small enough to tuck away nicely. Since we acquired this we have found a number of our favorite flicks are not available on any streaming service and have started using Vintage Stock to buy them to watch on dvd

Love the "SMALL" size of this DVD player. Very reasonable price. Delivery was fast and set-up was very simple, and easy for me to do myself without any help. I need to understand the remote and the TV set-up yet to do. I know I will love using this player, along with my new LG Smart TV in my bedroom! I made 2 excellent purchases.

This little thing is perfect in every way. I needed a new DVD/Blu-ray Disc player, but I didn't want to spend a bunch of money because I knew I wouldn't use it a bunch, and BINGO! I walk into Best Buy and ZANG! it's right there, the perfect product. I'll be honest, I was floored when I saw the price. I expected to pay way more (uh, maybe I should keep my mouth shut or Sony will start charging more! lol). Then I get the player home and, I'm going to have to be honest one more time, I was not expecting much. So, I plug the thing in, put in my favorite Blu-ray, Robocop (1987), hit play, and think, "this will never work," but then WHAM! right there on my television was old Robocop! I couldn't believe it. Buy this product before they increase the price!

For the price you can't beat it. Does everything well from set up to using the player. I like to watch old TV Westerns and they look brand new on this machine It's really Amazing . Very glad l bought this Sony DVD player!!

Overall this is a good blu-ray disc player. I haven't used any of the advanced features yet but with just playing movies it works fine. The only complaints I have are that it seems to run a little slower than the player I had previously when starting up which can be a little annoying. Also, the remote could be a little more user-friendly when dealing with the settings and such. Other than that it's great and serves it's purpose! Love how small it is.

I bought this Blu-Ray player to replace an aging Sony unit that would no longer read the discs. This unit is Wi-Fi enabled so it can receive software updates directly where the older unit would not. I bought it as an open-box item, so the price was unbeatable. The player works flawlessly, it received excellent reviews online, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Best Buy wants me to write a review and here we are. I never use this item it was a refurbished or something but it didn't come with remote control or power cable or anything. Buying those items separately would have cost more than the player itself so I just returned it. No harm no foul. Can't give a bad review and I haven't tried it so given the option I'll go with the five stars besides who's buying DVD players anymore

Another fantastic product made from Sony. Such an amazing streaming Blu Ray player. Easy to setup with included hdmi cable. Easy to use remote with included batteries. Amazing video quality of my favorite Blu Ray movies and even DVDs video quality is improved. Great purchase and highly recommended. Good price for a streaming blu ray player. A great size too! 5 stars a must buy!

good player for the money. it works well and is easy to use

I purchased this model to use outside with our projector for movie night and wound up making a permanent part of the inside entertainment set up as it performs better than the previous LG model. The picture is clean and the sound to the sound bar is sharper than the previous model.

I've always owned SONY products, from radios, tv's to now dvd, and have never had an issue. What I really like about this WIFI SONY DVD player is the fact is doesn't take up a alot of space, light weight, and goes great with my SONY tv. I've never owned a WIFI DVD player, and this one is excellent. No wires to mess with, and very easy to set up. Well worth the investment!
