    Navigation is generally slow/laggy. Netflix app is unbearably slow to load and has considerable input lag. Very limited options for apps to download (no Disney+). I was watching some older DVDs and the picture was distorted/cropped (they work fine on other blu ray players). Just a piece of junk. Was able to return it for a full refund with no problems, so props to BestBuy for that.
