Trash

Both worked once and after that the door wouldn't open and they wouldn't power off. Was able to return the first one but im outside of the 15 day return window on the 2nd one I purchased. Best Buy needs to have a better return policy/warranty on open box items. Now I'm stuck with a $65 piece of trash that doesn't work. Thanks Best Buy.

Nice, small, easy to use

A CD was stuck once but I was able to remove it. I do not like the fact that you cannot see the eject button (there is no light on the device) so sometimes I felt I needed to use the control to eject a CD.

When I spoke to the gentleman about a new blu ray player, I specified that I wanted one with a sleep timer option and he assured me this was the one to purchase. Set it up at home and as it turns out it does NOT have a sleep timer option.
