Player eorks fine. Wish you could add apps though.

Easy to use interface and smart hub. Image quality is good.

We used our new Blu-ray player and it works great.

This is basically the bdps3700 model. No major difference.

We have an older LG Tv, not a smart tv. Our TV would not recognize this player in any of the ports. It recognizes our old VHS/DVD player. I don't know if he trouble is with the player or the TV?!

Really (Really!) slow response moving through the apps. Trying to start a dvd is an exercise in patience.

Great little DVD player from Sony which does exactly what it says it does and at a great price! A breeze to set up as well!!

Within first few weeks, stopped ejecting discs, returned to BestBuy, and Geek Squad could not get it to operate either. Geek Squad ended up opening it up, prying it apart to get my Blu Ray back. I've had other older Sony Blu Ray's that were great, however, I've had 2 other Sony BR's (same model, more expensive) that also had problems (even one replaced by Sony under warranty). and still having problems. They are all working with under other 2 year old equipment including a top of the line Sony TV. Geek Squad got one of them to operate again, which was more than Sony Chats could do.

So far so good and no complaints regarding product.

DVD worked wonderfully, but I found the Wifi features not up to par with the available apps. Since I also have a Roku, I didn't need the wifi version so I exchanged it for the non-wifi & that works perfectly.

Very disappointed with Sony products lately. I purchased the BDP-S3700 last year, It was working fine playing both regular DVD's and Blue Ray disks, however recently when playing regular DVD's it would black out for several seconds all through the movie but plays Blue-Ray disks just fine. Thinking something was wrong with the unit I recently purchased the BDP-BX370 hoping a more advanced unit would correct this problem! It didn't, after waiting for 20 minutes to speak with a Sony customer service rep was no help! He couldn't figure out the problem, we ruled out any issues with the regular disks themselves and he recommended I purchase a Sony unit that plays all formats, When I told him it shows on the box of the BDP-BX370 it states it plays all formats and it doesn't. He suggested and provided a different Sony product model I should try. What I'm going to do is return this unit and purchase a different manufacture to see if I have better luck. I have other Sony DVD products and have no problem with them, I question how good Sony products are these days!

Absolute trash. Purchased 2 of these as open box items and had the exact same problem with both. Both worked once and after that the door wouldn't open and they wouldn't power off. Was able to return the first one but im outside of the 15 day return window on the 2nd one I purchased. Best Buy needs to have a better return policy/warranty on open box items. Now I'm stuck with a $65 piece of trash that doesn't work. Thanks Best Buy.

Perfect blu ray player for a reasonable price. Would recommend if looking for a dependable blu ray player.

It's a pretty outdated system, but works. *DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX, EVER FROM BESTBUY* User data was not cleared from the unit. There was still an Ice Age movie in the player when I started it up. This was my second, "open box excellent," purchase from BB, and both times had some problems.

Returned it since I changed my mind. I decided on getting a separate small stereo system instead. I would have used it for music and not movie DVDs.

Description of the player said it includes Amazon streaming, it does not. There is no way to add it. I will be returning it and getting an Amazon Fire Stick for 1/3 the price.

Works as expected, good quality products, store employees were helpful when picking out this unit.
