DON'T BUY OPEN BOX

There was still an Ice Age movie in the player when I started it up. This was my second, "open box excellent," purchase from BB, and both times had some problems.

Both worked once and after that the door wouldn't open and they wouldn't power off. Was able to return the first one but im outside of the 15 day return window on the 2nd one I purchased. Best Buy needs to have a better return policy/warranty on open box items. Now I'm stuck with a $65 piece of trash that doesn't work. Thanks Best Buy.

It takes forever to load the apps and display it on the screen. I have a Panasonic thats older but it's so much quicker.
