Lasted EXACTLY 1 YEAR!!!

Put in a DVD to watch, nothing. Changed batteries in remote, 3 times just in case. Nope. Won't turn on at the machine either. Unplug and plug in, comes on, but won't open door for DVD. It's just dead!!!!

It takes forever to load the apps and display it on the screen. I have a Panasonic thats older but it's so much quicker.

Don’t buy refurbished items from Best Buy

They’re always crap DVD player put the DVD in everything spun up turned it off. Came back a month later put the DVD in walked away from it. Came back two weeks later dead can’t get the DVD out, thanks Best Buy now I get to drive all the way back to your store bring back your crap and see if you can figure out how to get my DVD out
