It ate a cd of mine & im fighting sony to replace it. How this player gets good reviews is mind boggling . I own a sony tv & sound bar. And the service at best buy was awful. Im never going there again.

They’re always crap DVD player put the DVD in everything spun up turned it off. Came back a month later put the DVD in walked away from it. Came back two weeks later dead can’t get the DVD out, thanks Best Buy now I get to drive all the way back to your store bring back your crap and see if you can figure out how to get my DVD out
