It's ok for the price.

It takes forever to load the apps and display it on the screen. I have a Panasonic thats older but it's so much quicker.

Slow operating software

not for general video streaming

USB port allows memory stick of music and photos to be used. Lost 3 stars because the unit is described as being able to stream from 300+ services but the description is obsolete, you cannot add any apps and some of the apps installed do not work. The app store for this product has been closed down and is no longer available. This product should be sold as a discontinued clearance item not a new product. Netflix does work.

Dead after a month

We bought this at the end of January, watched one, maybe two discs, and then tried again last night and it would not recognize ANY disc, including ones previously viewed on this machine. Customer service is no help whatsoever. We tried the generic steps they suggested online, but they did nothing except waste my time. I don’t know if Best Buy will accept a return for refund since we no longer have the box or receipt, but I’ll give it a try. I am very disappointed.
