Needs more streaming services

My issue is the streaming services available to it, basically only Netflix and Hulu. There is also no way to download any other of the major streaming services. For the price, this should be a non-issue.

Arrived open and used

Received a used product that was re-packaged very poorly. I live 50 miles from the closest store and couldn’t make it back before the 15 days. Based on the condition of product and poor terms provided, probably the last yhing I’ll order from BB. The lack of interest from your company is very concerning.

Decent player but came without the HDMI cable

It performs ok, but came in an unprotected envelop and without the HDMI cable. There's no visible damage to the unit and it works fine but things could've turned bad. Just be aware of this.
