Have had it less than six months - used maybe ten times and it won't do anything. Won't open the drawer and won't even turn off unless I unplug it. When I plug it back in it freezes at the Sony Blu Ray screen.

Asked several times - Wrong They do not even sell a DVR product. Jus wanted our money. Shop somewhere else.

Playing a DVD worked as expected, however when I tried to play a CD there was no sound. I made no changed other than removing the old and connecting the new. After playing around with several input settings, I found that the only way the audio CD would work is if I had the TV on and the TV input was set for the receiver. I contacted Sony technical support and they said this is the current requirement in the latest software update; there is no way to change this feature. So, in order to play a music CD I must have the DVD player, receiver, and TV on with the tv input set to the receiver input; EXTREMELY disappointing! Luckily I am within the return window at Best Buy. This one is going back and I will purchase another manufacturer's player.

Perfect Portable Player

Easy to setup and connect to my Wifi and small enough that I can port it outside with my Projector for movie nights with kids. Setting was easy on the network and adding the streaming services I wanted. With the Bluray player for when Internet acts up its perfect me and I highly recommend if you need a small, easy to use bluray/streaming service deck.
