We would recommend this disc player. The price is also very good.

Now this Blu Ray player is not only perfect, but it is also compatible with my entertainment system. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I would definitely buy this one again in the future.

Gets the job done well

I just told her turn on the TV and put any disc in. The sound is better from the newer TVs than from old CD player. It wont do higher quality Blu-Ray discs, but she doesnt have any.

I have it on a shelf to the left of the big wall with tv and fireplace. I unplug cable from dvd, fold it up and tie it with a twist tie where it is not seen. Very easy to plug back in when ready to watch a dvd. I highly recommend this Sony player.
