Bought this for my parents, excellent blu ray player. Easy setup and my parents find it simple to use. Sony never lets me down.

Perfect dvd player. I needed a new one & this one popped up on sale.

I had a very frustrating experience with Best Buy. First, I purchased an LG all-in-one washer/dryer combo, and it turned out to be a terrible product. Thankfully, I was able to return it within the 15-day window—but even then, the return process was unnecessarily difficult. About two weeks later, I purchased a separate stacked washer and dryer unit. I’ll admit I should have double-checked the specifications, but unfortunately the dryer required a 30-amp connection, which I cannot use in my home. Due to work obligations and a family emergency, I wasn’t able to return the unit within the 15-day return period—I went over by just 2 days. When I contacted Best Buy, they rudely declined the return and told me I would have to sell the unit on my own. What made it worse was being told that if I had been only ONE day late, they might have worked something out. That kind of rigid policy, especially given real-life circumstances, is extremely disappointing. Now I’m stuck with a $950 dryer and a $950 washer that I can’t even use. Be very careful when shopping here—read all the fine print and make sure everything is exactly right, because Best Buy policies come first, even over situations like family emergencies and work conflicts.

These basic Sony dvd players are the best on the market IMO. We now own 2 of them. The first one is ages old- probably well over a decade- and keeps on purring like the day I took it out of the package.

For $79 this was an incredible bargain. It replaces a Sony DVD player, which I've had for four years. The Blu-ray picture quality is so much better.

Its okay it work especially if you in the budget. Just very slow but it work. Just make sure you have a telephone wire handy to connect the wifi. The wireless sometimes wont connect they getting disconected.

I was pleased at the value of the product. It come with necessary wires to connect it to my TV. Everything I want to watch my movies and for under $100, that was a good value for a Blu Ray Player.

Needed an updated disc player since I cut the cord. No longer have cable TV. So many other ways to watch TV, do miss some regular shows but not enough to pay the big bucks price. This player really has helped and pave the way,

Compact along with Sony brand name quality recognition. It streams very well. I wished though that you could ad apps like Disney+, or Prime to your App Library.

Pretty simple plug and play equipment. Plug in the hdmi cable, plug in the power, put the batteries in the remote and good to go

The Sony - Streaming Blu-ray Disc player with Built-In Wi-Fi and HDMI cable - Black waspurchased for my wife for Christmas. It was easy to hook up to several of our TVs to make sure it was working on them.

No bells or whistles but it does what it needs to. Good quality for the money Bought this open box excellent and it looked brand new. Great savings.

Solid DVD player with great picture and sound. Please media without a hitch

I recently purchased a Sony Streaming Blu-ray Disc player with built-in Wi-Fi and HDM1 cable. I use the disc player to view movies and listen to my collection of CDs. It was easy to "install" and has provided excellent service. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Super easy to hook up. Hook ups can be challenging- especially for me- but I no problems!

Looking at the reviews of others, there were two 'problem areas' mentioned. 1. If you really need a WiFi connection then you need to buy the HP4001 DWE and not the HP4001 DNE. The "N" stands for 'network', i.e. hard wired ethernet; while the "W" stands for wireless. 2. Problems with the initial set-up of the printer. I agree the process is overly complicated and for someone who has never set a printer up before, a possible problem requiring calling tech support. By the way there is better documentation 'on line' than there is 'in the box'. Read the on line stuff before trying to set the printer up. Bottom line is that I love this printer and I would recommend it to others.

I enjoy the previous model, that I decided to buy another one for another one of my room. The built in WiFi and the Best Buy sale discount, was a no brainer for me.

Exactly as described. My wife prefers DVDs and BluRays over Streaming. This unit replaced ours that died right before Christmas. She loves it. Setup was simple.
