I was disappointed. I didn't realize that buying an 'open box item' meant that not everything might be included. Mine was missing the HDMI cable which the box stated was included. When I called, the person to whom I spoke said to go into the store and they'd give me a cable. They didn't say I need to take the player back. I am 1 1/2 hrs away from the store. When I got there the lady at the door said I have to bring the item back and they'd replace the entire item. Arghhh! Not really convenient.

It's a modest disc player which is what I wanted. Love the remote & ease of usage. I'd give it a 5. Simple directions with a basic player. Don't hesitate. It's a good price.

To date have only been able to set it up and test that it works properly in my RV. Will know more after my trip this summer as to the ease of use and reliability.

Very easy to use device. Install was very easy. Excellent for getting wireless internet connection for a non-smart TV.

Easy setup with easy updates via Wi-Fi. Needed to replace in-laws DVD player and this one is simple and straight forward.

Great Blu-Ray player. I own several Sony Blu-Ray players and they have given many years of serviceable enjoyment. It also has the streaming feature, which we use now more than we have in the past.

It goes straight to my movie. It picked up where I left off. Some of the icons look a little old-school as far as apps are concerned. But it’s fully functional. The set up was easy to connect to my tv. This is a replacement for open box purchase of the same model. The open box model was returned because parts were missing. In fact, it will cost way more to get a new DVD player and wire, which was supposed to come with the device.

Great replacement for our outdated, non functioning blue ray player.

Simple and very easy to use no major programming to be done before use simple plug and play.
