First, there is no remote app or other phone/tablet-based service that allows you to enter alphanumerics (like your wifi passwork, for example) using a keyboard. You can get a USB keyboard and plug it into the Blu-ray player, but who still has a wired keyboard? Second, the list of streaming apps available is very limited. Want to watch auto racing on Peacock? Hope you have a smart TV because you can't get the app on this device. It's a Sony so I'm sure it will work for 100 years but what's the point of having a wi-fi device if it doesn't feature standard wi-fi conveniences?

Wanna watch a movie

That includes the movies for the children. I am please with the purchased just wondering why I had to buy new ones when the old one's worked just as well. Should not the new one accept previous versions of a movie and we all know sooner or later we will have to purchase a new one anyway... like I said "forced"
