However I wish the newer versions would have kept the audio description features for people who are visually impaired

Order from anywhere else

I contacted Best Buy, who told me they would send a replacement remote. Several days later, I reached out for help again, and Best Buy told me that not only could they not send a replacement label, but that they can't even exchange the blu ray player for a unit that can be used. My only option is to return the unit, when I was pretty excited to be getting it. Absolutely horrific experience.

Needs a timer!

I have no idea if I hav 20 minutes left to watch or where I'm at. It would make it easier to come back to the correct location/time also.

New Blu Ray

Our old player wouldn’t connect anymore. The sales man at Best Buy was very helpful in our decision. He told us the advantages of each DVD player before we decided on the Sony. We had brought the information for our present TV which helped.
