If I were to take a guess I would say five stars because the quality of Sony products. Returning the charger and ordering the correct charger was very, and the in store customer service associate couldn’t have been nicer.

I had to get it just because I was in rush on that day and had to get both new batteries charged in just a few hours before the show. 2 stars just because it works.

Even this type of charger isn't ideal because you need an outlet and the room. I'd rather have a plug wired to a charger. Still does the job, just not my preference.
