If looking for a 4k, blu-ray, or dvd this could be your player! Mirror your cell or computer to it! Usb drive works Great! Worth a try, if you never used a Sony product.

This player has all the bells and whistles for a great price. This is great as it upgrades even older DVD's to better quality. So, if you have a stack of DVD's like I do purchase this!

This is my third one of these players. one for each tv. the m version must be the newest one. looks the same ,but this is a great little player. picture images are first class and 4k and bluray movies look outstanding. also it has dolby vision and sounds great too.

Can't put my finger on how I rate this unit. The picture is amazing, the sound CAN be amazing, but the sound can also be very mediocre (all sound tested with Blu Ray DVD's and 4k UHD DVD's). I doubt that of the near 30-35 4k UHD DVD's I've purchased, near 60% have issues (freezing at parts). After turning off and restarting all theater equipment, sometimes more than once, the DVD's will play smoothly, though this should not be the case. It's difficult to test so many movies on a unit within 14 days to be able to return the unit if not working properly, so I have to keep testing (after 1 month) to figure out if it's the unit, the DVD's or my poor handling of the DVD's. Granted with such garbage DVD cases used these days, poor handling seems likely, but not the cause. Picture is a 5, Sound is either a 3 or 5, but proper functioning (freezing while playing mid-movie) is a harsh 1.5-2 stars.

It works good plays all your 4k blurays blurays dvds and cds. My only gripe is you have to manually switch dolby vision on and off it has no auto detection. Other than that its a good quality picture.

The Best is always the right choice. Easy set-up and easy to operate. Made all my DVD's look great.

I purchased this Sony dvd player based on recommendations from an in store Sony representative, the player gives a beautiful picture on all DVD formats, it is connected to my Sony mini led tv, hta-5000 soundbar and Sony subwoofer it plays and sounds excellent. So far very happy with the player.

DVD player was easy to install with my smart tv. Good product, good price. I needed no extra cables, everything was in the box. If I need one for the bedroom, I would buy again.

Sony has always produced high quality video and audio equipment. This is a great 4K ultra HD Blu-ray player.

This Sony is a user friendly machine that plays all types of dvd discs. Just plug it in and follow the setup directions then watch movies in very high quality detail.

The player does exactly as advertised. I could wish that it had more atreaming options, but as a player for 4k discs it gets the job done at an affordable price

The Sony - UBP-X700/M Streaming 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player with HDMI cable - Black plays my Blu-ray and DVD disks with a crisp picture on my Sony Bravia TV. My Sony Bravia TV has it's own built-in online services so I won't use the built-in streaming services that are pay of this excellent player. Purchase Date: 11/19/2024

I have two of them for both of my Sony TV's and just love them. Great picture quality and ease of operation. I always believed in keeping it all Sony products for many years.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for sister. She was able to set it up herself with ease. She says she loves it, and the movies I included with it. I got it on sale and it was an excellent value. As a Sony it is of excellent quality, and looks it. I wish I had picked up a second unit for myself!

Excellent 4k blu-ray player, what was surprising to me was that it can play super audio cds, if you want a super audio cd player without giving an arm and a leg on ebay this is it.

This was an upgrade purchase. Went from ultra high def to ultra high def with high def audio. Very noticeable improvement in sound quality. Setup was quick and easy and very intuitive. Still can’t beat picture quality from a player.

I've always been a fan of the Sony products and their superior electronics and this player matches my expectations. Easy plug and play with any existing 4K system and small enough to fit in any compartment for electronics storage.
