Stay Away from Open Box Sales

The one star review is for the horrible “open box” sales and listed quality. I would avoid purchasing any open box items from Best Buy, especially online. I have purchased 3 different open box items over the last couple of years and each claimed to be in excellent condition. I have received items bouncing around in a box with no packing material, missing accessories and sounding like broken pieces are loose inside. I have encountered missing remotes and power cords, all with inspection stickers on the boxes. They say you get what you pay for, but with Best Buy open box items you likely won’t even get that.
