4k disc playback defect / skips
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came to learn and experience just after my return window ended that this player has a major defect, and that is BD-100 4k discs regularly skip during playback. No scratches on these discs I’ve played, I assure you. Dolby vision support looks great but this is a ridiculous, unacceptable defect, as half if not most 4k discs available are BD-100s.

We wanted a player that supported Blu-Ray as well as DVDs. This Sony unit fills the bill. We use it with a Samsung TV and Xfinity cable in our bedroom. It integrated very easily with our existing setup.
