You cant add Hulu or Disney Apps for streaming

Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted to know that you are impressed with the picture and sound quality of the player. However, we regret to inform you that the player does not support adding or downloading apps. You can only use the pre-installed apps that come with it. New apps can only be added if there is a firmware update available for the player.

The sales person listened to our needs and made a recommendation and not the most expensive product which was great. He was patient, informative and not pushy. The store seemed to have a good selection of the item we needed. We also purchased the extended warranty which was pretty reasonable. Our experiences at Best Buy have been good.
