Blue Ray Player and Installation

We had a member of the Geek Squad come and set it up. He was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job hooking it up.

I haven't had a problem with any SD, HD or UHD discs fed through it so far, about 50 I think. Has more features than I can use. Good remote too!

We suggest checking if there is a firmware update available for the UBPX700, as updates can often resolve playback issues. You can find the firmware update instructions and download the latest version directly from the Sony support website at https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/. Additionally, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Ensure your device is securely connected to the internet.
Power off the DVD player and unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.
If applicable, press the POWER, STOP, and EJECT buttons simultaneously to reset the player.
