    Bought a panasonic and it skipped on pretty much every disc I put in. No issue whatsoever with the Sony

    Returned the first day. Testing revealed it worked on all functions EXCEPT streaming youtube rental movies. Other youtubes were fine just not the paying kind (Normal def). Try again guys not good enough. I am sure it was some kind of copy protection but it needs to work correct when new once updated.

    Beautiful UHD player, but don’t buy it for streaming. Very few apps on the streaming service even after the most recent update.

    Unit up sales nicely and works well with our Bravia HDR tv. User interface is clunky and inability to download apps is frustrating.

    This works great since my system has been upgraded to support 4K. It takes up a lot less space on the cabinet as well.

    No frills, solid operation, using as a DVD player. Don't use the apps built in, those run on the TV. Getting a solid player as expected.
