    Seems like a very good unit so far. I just wish it had more audio outputs for the sound bar that I bought from Best Buy. Now I have to go back to your store to get a different cable.

    The box looks nice. I haven't set it up yet because I'm in the process of rearranging my apartment and haven't had time. If there's any problems with the unit, I'm covered by the 4-year protection plan.

    Not easy to use, changing screen on dvd, is definitely hard

      Hi DavidH,

      We understand your frustration with DVD navigation and screen settings. This is often resolved by adjusting a couple of settings: please go to the player's Setup menu and ensure the 4K Upscale Setting is set to Off or None for smoother DVD menu navigation. For screen stretching on older DVDs, try setting the DVD Aspect Ratio in the Screen Settings to Letterbox.
