Same Thing As Previous Models

Playing discs and software wise it's the exact same thing as the x700M and x800M2. The difference is it has no streaming apps and no Wifi. For $300 starting price might as well spend more and get the Panasonic 850. Sony didn't really change anything as far as the software and how it plays discs. BTW you still have to turn Dolby Vision on and off based on the disc you are playing. It won't auto switch it on and off based on what disc you insert.

I have a Sony TV and sound system and it was a seamless integration with my system. Make sure you go into your tv settings and change the input setting from Standard to Enhanced so you get the full effects!
