    CANNOT BE PAIRED WITH A WIRELESS MICROPHONE!

    The question about pairing this device with a bluetooth microphone? The 'yes' answer should be ERASED, because I bought this item with that in mind. It CANNOT be paired with a microphone AT ALL. Fortunately, I can still use it, but I feel hoodwinked into buying it.

      We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the microphone capabilities of our Sony speaker.
      You are correct; it is not possible to connect an external microphone via Bluetooth to this device. This unit is designed primarily for audio output and does not support the specific Bluetooth profiles required for external microphone input.
      We apologize for any confusion this caused during your purchase. While the device does include a built-in microphone, its function is limited to voice assist features and for calls when your smartphone is connected to the unit. It is not intended for general microphone input for recording or other similar uses.

    I’m SUPER UPSET WITH THIS PURCHASE! I feel like Best Buy did a bait and switch ! I SWEAR THIS SPEAKER SOUNDED A LOT A LOT LOUDER ON DISPLAY. When I turned it on when I got home it sounded super super low! My phone alone sounds louder than this speaker ! Returning ASAP!
