Regarding the connection with your Windows laptop, we definitely want to help you find a workaround. While Windows can sometimes be a bit finicky with Bluetooth permissions, the ULT FIELD 1 is fully compatible with Windows 10 and 11. Often, the speaker might be staying "loyal" to a previously paired phone, which prevents the laptop from seeing it.
A great trick is to press and hold the Bluetooth button for about 2 seconds until you hear the "Pairing" voice prompt and the blue light flashes quickly. This forces the speaker into discovery mode so your laptop can find it. You can also try toggling the "Swift Pair" setting in your Windows Bluetooth menu to make the process even smoother!
