We are sorry to hear that the SRS-ULT10 speaker, while being a "nice enough" speaker, did not quite deliver the rich sound profile you prefer and that you ultimately decided to return it. We appreciate you giving our ULT POWER SOUND series a try.

You are absolutely right that sound is a matter of personal preference. We designed the ULT10 to offer a powerful, deep bass experience in a highly portable package. However, we understand that listeners who are accustomed to the distinct sound signatures of JBL and Bose may be looking for a different acoustic balance.

Your perspective is valuable to us as we continually strive to meet the diverse audio preferences of all our customers. We hope you will consider trying a different Sony audio product in the future!
