Best bang for the $

This Sony model by far had the best overall sound vs anything else anywhere near this price point and size. To my listening ear, I would have needed to spend hundreds of dollars more before and a much larger speaker before I could really notice an upgrade in sound output. Because I do not use a wireless speaker often, I rate this speaker a "best buy" accordingly. More technical info you will have to get from other reviews.

Song Bluetooth Speaker

We had another Sony model for several years and loved it. This is a step or 2 up. Never any glitches. Easy in every way and great sound and we definitely use it. We play table games every morning for a few hours and listen to our Rock N Roll on our Sony.

Amazing speaker for the money

More bang for you buck!

I've always had JBL speakers but this specific speaker sounds and gets way louder then your average JBL Flip 5 or 6. There an option you can switch on and off for smaller and much larger rooms which is also a plus for when you're in larger areas or just outside in general.

Great wireless speaker

It connects to your wireless devise in a matter of seconds, sounds great, is lightweight and easy to carry thanks to carrying cord attached to it and is dust and water proof which makes it ideal for out door use. The battery life is amazing.We highly recommend purchasing this.

Pretty solid

The reason this speaker is better than JBL is because it’s bigger, it’s got an awesome bass mode, and the battery life is really good. Pretty affordable for what you’re getting.

Nice medium sized speaker with BIG sound

It has the power to be VERY loud if you'd like, but otherwise we could turn it down and set it in the corner and it was perfect for the location.

It's good to know you are utilizing the built-in equalizer on the Sony Music Center app. With the Sony Music Center app, you can change the sound quality via a 3-band equalizer.
