Great Portable Party Sound!

The sound is crisp so you can hear every word that is said in a movie where some speakers I've used sound more muffled so I would have to strain to hear the words. The ULT button is great for giving a bass boost to your favorite music. It's loud enough to bring good atmosphere to any party. I got the black since my husband will use it but normally I would get a more fun color if it was only for my use

Works in small spaces and as a replacement for a bose speaker didn't play loud enough when used in a large gym aeribic fitness area. I upgraded to the ult field 5 which solved all probkems but is significanly heavier so noticable when carrying around to jobs 5-6 days a week. Both are great!

I was surprised by the great sound quality from such a small, affordable speaker. Also not easy to knock over (e.g. by pets), and if it happens, it just rolls over 90 degrees and stops.

Great bass in small package

The bass also hits hard even in such a small format. I take it with me on my courier route and it lasts all day. I haven’t been able to party connect with my Sony zg300 which when looking online it said it should but that hasn’t been a problem for me.

Unfortunately, the ULT FIELD 1 does not support the Party Connect function. The SRS-XG300 cannot be used with the ULT FIELD 1 via the Party Connect function.
The ULT FIELD 1 supports Stereo Pair function and only works by connecting 2 same model (ULT FIELD 1/ULT10) Bluetooth speakers via BLUETOOTH connection so you can enjoy more powerful sound. On the other hand, the SRS-XG300 supports Party Connection function and works with compatible devices that supports the same wireless function such as SRS-XB43, XB33, XB23, XP700, XP500, XG500, XG300, XE300, XE200, LSPX-S3, XV800, XV900, XV500, ULT70, and ULT1000. Battery Life is pretty solid, Waterproofing is nice to have when you go to the beach or the pool.
