To help fix this, please try these steps:

-Turn off and then restart both the speaker and the device you're connecting it to, such as your smartphone or computer.

-Move the speaker away from other electronic devices that might cause interference, like microwaves, TVs, or wireless routers.

-If the issue persists, consider initializing the speaker to its factory settings: While the speaker is turned on, press and hold the volume down button and the BLUETOOTH button on the speaker for 5 seconds or more until the speaker turns off.
