Beyond its impressive sound, the Field 5 boasts excellent battery life, further enhanced by its ability to charge other devices while simultaneously playing audio. The accompanying mobile application significantly enhances the user experience, providing convenient remote control for power functions, an equalizer for personalized sound adjustments, and seamless connectivity with other compatible devices. For future iterations, I would suggest two key enhancements. Firstly, the ability to connect with speakers from other brands for a multi-speaker setup would greatly expand its versatility. Secondly, the availability of a dedicated protective cover would be a valuable addition, offering enhanced durability and peace of mind for users.

I was blown away with the sound of the Sony ult field 5 speaker, and the bass its fenomenal. Now I bring this speaker whatever place I go on vacation. Its a little heavy, but the strap makes it easy to carry.

The speaker is very nice very durable sounds very nice and some what loud I paired up with my Iphone I use it in my Fed Ex delivery truck music on all day long Thanks

Powerful speaker!

Great speaker. Sounds good I can still hear it while I've been remodeling my house in all the rooms and I don't have the volume maxed because out it gets very loud. I like the strap that comes with it makes carrying it easier cause it does have some good weight to it. It was on sale for black Friday and wife and I wanted a nice bluetooth speaker for the beach and chilling outside

Absolutely inlove with this speaker. It last forever and I am in love with the sound and the ability of taking it with me. It’s not too big or too small. Just perfect size.

Awesome Somy Speaker with a custom 10 band EQ slider. This speaker has 2 different ULT modes you can access with the ULT Button. Press this button when you need an extra little “oomph” in your sound. Press it once more to get ULT mode 2 and watch your music really come to life! This speaker does not distort sound when listening to music at the highest sound volume. The included strap make portability easy with this speaker. You won’t want to stop listening to this speaker once you turn it on. Perfect for a living room or a BBQ in the back yard. The speaker also has LED lights that react to the beat of the music, with the Sony Sound Connect app you can customize this further to your liking. You won’t regret this speaker at all!

[Employee of bestbuy] The Ult Field 5, has been an awesome speaker to have, great sound, good bass, not as good as its bigger brother the Ult Field 7, but still good enough for its size. Ult mode is nice to have at time if you want some extra bass, it does make it a little over exaggerated but if you want some extra power to the speaker it will do that for you. Battery life is pretty solid, along with the waterproofing the speaker has built in is good for people who want to take it to the beach or poolside. I didn't really care for the RGB lighting on the speaker itself but its not a bad thing if you like the aesthetic its just not for me.

One of the best

This speaker is one of the best. I originally bought a sonos move 2 and the connectivity was a disaster. It would appear in the app then disappear then reappear then disconnect. Apparently its a longstanding issue with sonos and has leas to multiple executives being fired. Same yourself the hassle, get this speaker. Its so good. Crystal clear ar high volumes. Bass is natural and competes with jbl. My primary use is on a pool deck and it fills the area easily. It also easily connected to the outdoor tv via bluetooth. It works seamlessly and sound is grand. Watching a baseball game and you will feel like you are in the game. I’m a believer. Sony has delivered.

Love this speaker. It plays loud and clear. I’ve traveled with it and took it out camping. The battery lasted up to 5 hours.
