Sounds good I can still hear it while I've been remodeling my house in all the rooms and I don't have the volume maxed because out it gets very loud. I like the strap that comes with it makes carrying it easier cause it does have some good weight to it. It was on sale for black Friday and wife and I wanted a nice bluetooth speaker for the beach and chilling outside

Ult mode is nice to have at time if you want some extra bass, it does make it a little over exaggerated but if you want some extra power to the speaker it will do that for you. Battery life is pretty solid, along with the waterproofing the speaker has built in is good for people who want to take it to the beach or poolside. I didn't really care for the RGB lighting on the speaker itself but its not a bad thing if you like the aesthetic its just not for me.

I originally bought a sonos move 2 and the connectivity was a disaster. It would appear in the app then disappear then reappear then disconnect. Apparently its a longstanding issue with sonos and has leas to multiple executives being fired. Same yourself the hassle, get this speaker. Its so good. Crystal clear ar high volumes. Bass is natural and competes with jbl. My primary use is on a pool deck and it fills the area easily. It also easily connected to the outdoor tv via bluetooth. It works seamlessly and sound is grand. Watching a baseball game and you will feel like you are in the game. I’m a believer. Sony has delivered.
