Good but could use a louder sound profile.

Setting it up was straightforward: just turn it on, scan the QR code, and install the Sony App. Then, it guides you through the pairing process. The app offers many settings beyond the usual media options like Spotify and Pandora. I could adjust the RGB lighting, though only to preset patterns, not custom colors. The speaker features two Bass Boost options: ULT 1 for deep bass and ULT 2 for louder sound. It can lay flat or stand up, making it versatile for parties or the beach, and it's tough with its IPX 67 rating. What's more, it has a mic input for karaoke and a guitar input, adding to its versatility. However, the downside is that it's not particularly loud for its price. Battery life was around 20 hours on ULT 2 mode, but the app only showed battery in 20% increments, making it somewhat inconvenient to manage. Nonetheless, the multipoint connection was handy for streaming music with friends, as up to three people could connect to the speaker simultaneously. Overall, while the Speaker offers unique features and versatility, its sound quality might not fully justify its price. Yet, its durability and additional functions like mic and guitar inputs make it a solid choice for various occasions, from gatherings to outdoor activities.
