At the same time, we're really sorry to hear about those Bluetooth drops during your first week.
To help fix this, please try these quick steps:
-Restart the speaker: press and hold the (power) button for about 10 seconds to restart the speaker. https://helpguide.sony.net/speaker/7858/v1/en/contents/TP1001286027.html#
-Go into your phone’s Bluetooth settings, delete the ULT FIELD 7, and pair it again from scratch.
-Make sure there aren't any large metal objects or microwave ovens running nearby while you're listening.
