    Worked excellently before they BROKE!!! Hinge snapped on me within 6 months of normal use, not accidental drop or anything in the slightest and now they're a waste of money. Overall the battery life is incredible, the connectivity was hit or miss, sometimes the sound quality would randomly drop for no reason other than poor connectivity and I would have to restart the device for it to function normally again. Apparently this hinge issue is quite common.

    Bought these for watching tv. The sound is out of this world. Took a little time to set the app up completely but once done it works great. My biggest issue is the are extremely uncomfortable. Very tight around the head. Seems to touch below the ear just above the jaw. After two nights of watching tv my head hurts. Too bad. Thought they would be good

It's great to hear about the exceptional sound quality you've experienced once the app was fully set up. We understand your disappointment with the comfort aspect of these headphones. Comfort is indeed crucial for prolonged wear, and it's unfortunate that this was not met with your experience.

      Our ULT WEAR has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. Please note that if you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.

      We do have good information on how to wear the headband headphones correctly so it is comfortable. For your reference, please check this helpful link.
