Sony headphones

I’ve had them for less than a month and where the arm bends to put them into the case popped apart. I took them back to Best Buy and called Sony and neither one of them will fix it. The best they could do was offer a 10% discount on purchasing another pair. Now I have a $200 Paperweight. The product is junk. The warranty was not honored, and customer service at both Best Buy and Sony was laughable.

Cancels noise with good sound quality
